Sharing a mental-health story takes care. We work with a protocol: written informed consent, joint review of the final text with the protagonist, the option to withdraw the publication at any time. When someone wants to share but prefers to protect their identity, we change names and details before publishing.
Stories are not testimonies of success — they are shared stretches of a journey that continues. Recovery is not linear, and telling the real process helps break stigma without idealizing it.
